Topaz Elements is the enterprise program used for the OUHSC Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) and the Department of Comparative Medicine (DCM) for:
- Protocol Development, Submission, and Review
- Census Tracking
- Placing Animal Orders
- Billing for Animal Orders and Census Per Diem

In order to access Topaz and/or be added to a protocol, your name must be added to an access group. A person can be added to the access group by completing the access form.
