The HSC Application has been revised and was published today, August 23. All studies must convert to the new form version when prompted. The application change is summarized below:

• Section 2500 – Other Committee Reviews
  • VA Research and Development Committee (R&DC) question: New information added concerning required preliminary R&DC review before submitting to the IRB. VA Form 10-250 must be submitted to the IRB for all VA research studies before we can proceed with IRB review.

*NO ACTIONS OR CHANGES are required for any study after converting to the new version. All previous responses and information shall be retained.
