A new version of the HSC Application will be published next week, by December 19. This will force all studies using the HSC Application to convert to the new form version (at the time of modifications and edits).

• CIRB studies that use the HSC Application (pre-date the External IRB Application), you will now be able to list OU Health KSP who do not have an iRIS account in Section 4.0 of the application. 
   
• No action or changes are required for non-CIRB studies. You may disregard the conversion notice and proceed with your planned work or changes to the application.
