A new version of the HSC Application will be published next week, on March 26. This will force all studies using the HSC Application to convert to the new form version (at the time of modifications and making edits). This change will impact ALL studies using the HSC Application.

These changes affect existing questions and data fields, which means ALL applications must be revised. When the changes are published, new and current applications submitted for IRB review will be returned for correction if all of the changes have not been addressed.
