The Annual Check-In Form is now available for all research studies that have a “Check-In Req” study status. The Annual Check-In Form is submitted instead of the Continuing Review/Final Report form. Read below for more information about the process:

A revised 2020 IRB Meeting schedule has been posted, effective 11/26/2019 and can be accessed here.
The Board 1 January meeting deadline has been moved to December 10th.
The meeting date remains the same and will be held on January 6th.
Notice of Scheduled Maintenance for iRIS
